To thoroughly implement the Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, strengthen occupational health surveillance, safeguard employees’ health rights and interests, and effectively prevent and control the occurrence of occupational diseases, Xiaoya Cold Chain organized a three-day annual occupational health examination on October 21. More than 40 employees participated in this examination, which, through systematic screening and professional guidance, has laid a solid foundation for ensuring safe production and managing employee health at the company.
During the examination, medical staff demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, strictly adhering to the examination procedures and standard operating protocols. In addition, they provided personalized health recommendations based on the nature of each employee’s work, explained preventive measures for common occupational diseases, and encouraged employees to adopt healthy lifestyle habits, thereby extending the focus from “treating existing illnesses” to “preventing future ones.” Employees cooperated enthusiastically and conscientiously observed examination protocols, ensuring that the entire process was conducted in a standardized, efficient, and orderly manner.

To further refine employees’ operational skills and empower the company’s high-quality development, the Quality Management Department of Xiaoya Cold Chain Co., Ltd. joined forces with the Display Cabinet Workshop to host a screw-driving skills competition, using the contest as a platform for learning and efficiency improvement, thereby solidifying the foundation of product quality.
This competition strikes a balance between skill inheritance and new-hire training, featuring two main categories: an Elite Group and a New-Hire Group. Each production line selected four key personnel to form four elite teams that competed for team rankings. The New-Hire Group, by contrast, was a solo challenge, in which 12 newly hired employees from the Display Cabinet Workshop, displaying the fearless spirit of “young calves unafraid of tigers,” showcased the vigorous energy and growth potential of Xiaoya’s next generation.

At the competition venue, contestants held their breath and focused intently, engaging in a battle of fingertip craftsmanship that tested both individual concentration and team collaboration. From lifting the gun, to driving the nail, to tightening it—every movement was precise, standardized, smooth, and efficient, vividly demonstrating Xiaoya’s frontline workers’ relentless pursuit of product quality.

This competition not only effectively enhanced Xiaoya employees’ hands-on skills and quality awareness but also ensured that the spirit of continuous improvement took root at the front lines, providing robust skill support and enduring cultural momentum for the group’s high-quality development.

To fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of labor competitions and skills contests in further enhancing job-specific competencies, the Quality Management Department of Xiaoya Cold Chain Company, in collaboration with the Display Cabinet Workshop, organized a wiring skills competition, thereby showcasing the enterprising spirit of Xiaoya employees in the new era.
Wiring is a core step in the production process of refrigerated display cabinets, directly affecting the “nervous system” of the equipment and its overall operational safety—there is absolutely no room for carelessness. A loose wire connection can lead to equipment failure, while a misaligned wire sequence may create safety hazards. Only with solid technical expertise and a meticulous work ethic can we ensure the stable operation of all components within the cabinet; this, in essence, is the core value of the wiring position.
Nine female employees from the Display Cabinet Workshop took to the stage with the spirited attitude of “women holding their own against men.” At the wiring stations, they performed precise, deft operations, their nimble hands weaving orderly circuits that epitomized Xiaoya’s commitment to continuous quality improvement. From component installation and wire connections to tidying and bundling, every step was carried out in a standardized, smooth, and seamless manner. In just a short time, neatly wired and expertly crafted wiring boards were neatly arranged, awaiting evaluation by the professional judges.
This wiring competition was not only a platform for honing technical skills but also a practical exercise in on-the-job training and skill enhancement that closely mirrors real-world production conditions. The specialized pre-competition training further reinforced employees’ mastery of standard operating procedures and technical specifications, while the on-site competition allowed participants to identify their own shortcomings through comparison and to learn from best practices, fostering mutual encouragement, progress, and collective growth. Moving forward, Xiaoya will continue to embed the artisan spirit of striving for perfection and excellence throughout the entire manufacturing process, strengthening the foundation of product quality and delivering an even higher-quality experience to consumers.
